I am currently a PhD candidate in the UVic Faculty of Education. My academic interest is professional learning/development, primarily for adult learners. My dissertation focuses on integration of electronic portfolios and personalized learning environments within professional education programs, evidence of learning based approaches. In my previous life, I led the campus-wide roll out of Moodle Services at UVic during 2007 - 2011. Working half-time while completing my PhD, I currently manage the online delivery of Moodle courses for the UVic School of Social Work.
